Your Role and Responsibilities:

• 5+ Years proven experience in a similar role within construction, rigging, or  renewable energy sectors, with relevant qualifications.
• You will have NZ Qualifications in Rigging 
• Demonstrated leadership ability, motivating and mentoring teams towards a culture of continuous improvement.
• In-depth knowledge of rigging standards and regulations.
• A flexible approach to handle unexpected challenges and provide decisive direction to teams.
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Aptitude for building robust client relationships.
• Advanced computer literacy.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
• Possess a full, clean driver’s license.
